We've been so happy to watch Double Magazine evolve from being a sublime expression of new Paris cool , to the global powerhouse it has become, (complete with triple-blue chip photographers like Testino now highlighting its covers).

We've watched what started out as an eclectic cultural excursion , become the tone of our prismic, super-charged times, where information moves at the speed of light and no corner of the globe goes unwired.

The current Double posits that if you’re trying to create a magazine, it’s like baking a cake. You have to have all the ingredients in the right proportions.

This issue of the magazine is aligned around the ingredients of Jeff Burton seeped into a rich mix of Eckhaus Latta, The Trilogy Tapes and Zofia Rydet.

The new Double also includes a spécial book by Harley Weir and Lotta Volkova for Balenciaga, a cover shoot by Mario Testino and Marie Chaix and edits by Camille Bidault-Waddington with Terry Richardson.

The great post-digital print excursion of our times then? Yup, that Double distilled down to its essence.
