In the process of putting together a project for a client I recently had to canvas Axel Hoedt's portfolio. It revealed a very striking aesthetic, featuring beautifully diffused and delicate imagery with the quality of being very carefully etched. From Pop to German Vogue to dOCUMENTA 13 to iD magazine , Hoedt's distinct style makes a standout in a culture of over-processed imagery.
