TI concedes. He is a bit of a design-nerd when it comes to material and the finish thereof . Another big highlight of Milan Design Week 09 has been the unveiling of this Corian lounge where DuPont has taken its breakthrough material and crafted a conceptual "lounge" space. I'm madly in awe of Corian as a material (sections of Karl Lagerfeld's new Paris apartment are crafted from Corian) and can't wait to see what enterprising Manhattan boite or bar will take up the gauntlet.
