Can you say event! 5 of the new works are large scale photographs including Gursky's first self-portrait . 3 of the images were taken in the Frankfurt dance emporium known as "The Cocoon Club" designed by Sven Vath. The image shown here was taken in a Dusseldorf mine showing the hanging clothes of the miners. Monumental indeed!
