Young Hollywood Is going to play on the DL at those Palihouse suites. Trust!

On my last swing thru LA I chilled at The Palihouse Holloway Hotel, a 36 unit hotel with condo/studio layouts located at the perfect branching off point between West Hollywood, Beverly Hills and Hollywood. I wasn't expecting much given the lukewarm reviews the hotel got from the LA Times but as I descended the steps into the huge lobby I though " How Bowery Hotel West! ". That's a good thing and I fell in love with The Palihouse mainly because I was left alone, had my own microwave, stove, refrigerator and washer/dryer and got to hold court with my slowly growing circle of La habitues at the really excellent boite, The Hall. It was like have your own plus little crash pad with a hot restaraunt scene downstairs. I popped in for only that weekend but its feeling very future home away from home . Highly recommended for NY fashionheads looking for something new and secluded in LA.

PS Maid service is only twice a week at The Palihouse which some people find to be a huge deterrent but that worked for TI.
