La Allessandra was there, three months pregnant and scarely showing anything. Triple luxury brand ad queen Coco Rocha was there doing a very 70's pop-lock in her down time between shooting. CK Jeans babe Ali Stephens was there, and boy has that shy little girl blossomed under the spotlights. Where's there? The Elite shoot for V Magazine's "Power Agencies" layout yesterday at Milk Studio. As TI was stumbling through the downstairs door of Milk, Noemie Lenoir was making quite an entrance, impeccably dressed in that inimitable model uniform of tights, boots, a swath of scarf around the neck and a cool little cropped jacket. She had this tattooed hunk with her so I thought it best to be polite and very proper . The last time I had seen Noemie was at a dinner at Gramercy Park Hotel with Jessica White and May Anderson where at some point in the Rose Bar things got unsually frisky, for TI ( which is how things should be the Rose Bar on a Tuesday night.) I remember Jessica singing along to some track in the background and Noemie saying "You should do something with that voice. Do you want me to call Pharell for you?" At which point Jessica deadpanned, "Oh please. I have three numbers for Pharrell". What is in the water Pharell drinks? But cutting back to the Milk shoot I was not going to remind Noemie of all that hotness with all that muscle beside her. Well it turned out the muscle was her cousin and you really had to wonder at the majorness of the Lenoir gene pool. That girl is so unique in her beauty and powerful in her presence you know she was meant for the diamonds and jets she revels in. Daily. On set, it was fun watching the newbies stare in awe as Alessandra ran in to execute her V/S perfect poses before running out again. And watching Coco work was to understand why that girl continues to pull in the clients. Chilled out and unaffected off-set. Deadly focused and yet sinuous and fluid while posing...that girl is a perpetual picture waiting to happen. Mr Neal Hamil certainly orchestrated a genius ki-ki of an afternoon and I can't wait to see the whole issue and the imagery the other agencies invoked...In other hiss it seems a certain underdog of a modeling agency, flush with cash is seeking to eat a cool shop or two in it's mission to loom as large as IMG. Seems they are convinced the only way to block IMG's brutal march towards monopoly is to fuse forces with another agency or two to form a new blockbuster. TI is pulling up his ringside seat...
